We are working hard to grow the openXdata community, since we believe this is the best way to improve data collection and management in low-resource settings through a robust and extensible data capture system. Working together, we hope to reduce the amount of redundant efforts in collecting and managing information in these settings.
Implementers
A community page dedicated to the implementers of openXdata is found at the
Implementers Page
Developers
A separate community website dedicated to the developers of openXdata is found at:

Mail and Discussion Groups
There are currently two mail and discussion groups actively used by the community. One for developers and one for users. To avoid misuse by spammers you need to "Apply" for membership to these groups to post messages. You may however read everything online anonymously. Note! You can use your regular email address, just register a google groups account with that address.
Online chat conversations
We have several Skype group conversations where one is only for developers, while the other for users of openXdata. To join any of these chats you may post a request to be added to the group chat by sending an email to the respective (developer or users) group list with your
SkypeID.
Working Groups
Groups of openXdata developers, designers, and others interested and focusing on specific topics.
